The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) is recruiting for 130 Assistant Accounts Officers (AAO) in various departments across the state. Of these, 69 positions are for the Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) and 61 are for the Assam Electricity Grid Corporation Limited (AEGCL). Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for these posts by July 14, 2024. The last date for payment of online applications is July 16, 2024.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have a degree in Arts, Science, or Commerce from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% marks or its equivalent in B.Com in aggregate, or 55% marks in Honors/Major subject (B.Com), or a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or its equivalent for Arts or Science graduates having Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects, or 55% marks or its equivalent in Mathematics/Statistics as Honors (BA/B.Sc).
